KIASA

Leadership

The people responsible for our work

KIASA is run by its partners. Each leads client work as well as part of the firm, and each can be reached directly.

Our leaders still do the work. Every partner below is responsible for at least one client engagement, and every practice lead spends most of the week with a delivery team rather than in meetings about one.

The firm is owned by its people. Partners hold just under half of the shares; the rest are held for employees through a trust that anyone can join after a year at KIASA.

Partners are elected by their peers for five-year terms, and the managing partner is elected the same way. No one outside the firm has a seat at the table.

“We are accountable to two groups: the clients who trust us with systems they depend on, and the people who own this firm. Neither is served by work that only looks good at launch.”

Governance

How the firm is run

A board of seven partners meets monthly and publishes its decisions to everyone in the firm. Two of its seats are held by people elected by staff who are not partners.

Pay bands are published inside the firm, and the gap between the highest and the median salary is capped. Every partner's client work is reviewed by a peer each year, as everyone else's is.
