Enterprise Platforms
Core platforms that fit the business
ERP, CRM and the other platforms a business runs on, configured for how you work and kept close enough to standard to upgrade without dread.

Our view
Enterprise platforms fail in two ways. Either the business is bent to fit the software, or the software is customized until nobody dares upgrade it. We look for the middle: standard where the process is ordinary, carefully built where it truly sets you apart.
We are independent of the vendors. That means we can tell you when a module is not worth buying, and when the system you already have will do.
Every program starts with the processes and the people who run them. The configuration follows.
By the numbers
Standard where it can be
- 80%
- of business processes run on standard configuration in a typical KIASA platform program.
- 9 months
- median time from design to go-live for a mid-size ERP rollout, across our last twelve.
- 60%
- less custom code after Fenmoor Biologics rationalized its finance platform.
KIASA enterprise platform programs, 2022 to 2026.
What we do
The platforms a business runs on
ERP implementation
Finance, supply chain and manufacturing modules, designed around your processes and rolled out by site or by entity.
CRM and customer service
One view of each customer across sales, service and billing, with the data cleaned before it moves.
Finance and procurement
Close, consolidation and purchase-to-pay processes simplified first, then automated where the volume justifies it.
Configuration over customization
Existing custom code reviewed line by line. Most of it is replaced by standard features; the rest is isolated and tested.
Integration around the core
Clean, documented interfaces between the platform and everything around it, so the core can be upgraded on its own.
Upgrades and support
Planned upgrades every year instead of a crisis every five, with regression tests that cover your real processes.

Life sciences
Fenmoor Biologics validated a new finance platform in seven months
Custom code cut by 60%, and the first annual upgrade completed in a weekend.

Telecommunications
Tellbay Mobile gave its service agents one view of the customer
Five systems behind one screen, and call handling time down by a quarter.

Insurance
Halden Mutual connected its new claims core to its CRM

Perspective
Why the second year of a cloud migration matters more than the first
After go-live comes the year that decides adoption. Lessons from cloud migrations that apply to ERP too.

“Our last upgrade took a weekend, not a year. That alone justified keeping the platform close to standard.”
Questions we hear
Before you start
Do you resell software licenses?
No. We are independent of the platform vendors and earn nothing from licenses. That lets us recommend the smallest set of modules that does the job.
Should we replace our ERP or fix the one we have?
Often the second. We start with a short review of how the current system is used. Many clients find that removing customization and retraining people gets them most of what a replacement would.
How do you avoid a big-bang go-live?
By rolling out in stages: by site, entity or process. Each stage is live and stable before the next begins, and the old system stays available for reference.
Who supports the platform after go-live?
Your team, with us beside them for as long as you need. We train key users and administrators during the build, not after it.
