Managed Services

A standing team for what has been built

We run, secure and improve your systems day and night, and report back each month in plain language.

Our view

Launch is the start of a system's life, not the end of the project. Most of its cost and most of its value come in the years after. We provide a named, standing team that keeps it running, keeps it safe and keeps making it better, with the same engineers month after month.

You will know who looks after your systems by name. They will know your business well enough to spot a problem before it becomes an incident.

Each month you get a short report: what happened, what it cost, what we improved and what we recommend next. No jargon, no padding.

By the numbers

A partner clients keep

9 in 10
of the clients we worked with in 2023 are still working with us today.
15 min
maximum response time to a critical incident, at any hour, on every managed service.
99.95%
average availability across the production systems we ran in the last twelve months.
20%
of every managed service's hours set aside for improvement, not just upkeep.

What we do

Run, secure, improve

  • Platform operations

Cloud and infrastructure monitored around the clock, patched on schedule and scaled ahead of demand.

  • Application support

Engineers who know your code fix faults, answer questions and keep dependencies current.

  • Security operations

Threats watched, critical patches applied within 72 hours and access reviewed every quarter.

  • Continuous improvement

A fifth of every month spent making things faster, cheaper or simpler, chosen with you.

  • Plain-language reporting

One short report a month and a meeting to go through it. What happened, what it cost, what comes next.

  • KIASA Canopy

Our managed platform team for mid-size enterprises without a large engineering department of their own.

“The monthly report is two pages. I read it in ten minutes and I know exactly where our systems stand, what was fixed and what is coming.”

How we work with you

What a managed service includes

A named team

A service lead and engineers you know by name, with at least two people who know each system well. The team stays stable: changes are planned and handed over, never sudden.

Cover around the clock

Monitoring and on-call engineers every hour of every day. Critical incidents are answered within fifteen minutes, and you hear from us before you hear from your customers.

Security as routine

Critical patches within 72 hours, quarterly access reviews and an independent audit of our own practices each year. The latest was completed in September 2026.

Time to improve

A fifth of the team's hours go to improvement: lower costs, faster pages, fewer manual steps. You choose the priorities with us each quarter.

A way out

Every runbook, credential and piece of code is yours. If you decide to bring the service in-house, we hand it over properly, with a plan and a notice period that suits you.
