Client stories
Still working, years later
How the systems we helped build are working today, told by the people who run them.
We judge our work by what happens after we leave. These are the clients who let us go back and ask.
Why we tell them this way
A launch is easy to celebrate. What matters is whether the system is still doing its job two years later, run by the client's own people, and whether they would choose it again. Each story here was checked with the client, figures included.
Every case study names the problem as the client saw it, what we did together, and the result in numbers the client measured, not us.
Some of the people who run these systems also tell the story on film, in Grown with KIASA.
